Christoph Stückler (born May 27, 1980 in Wolfsberg ) is an Austrian football player .
Career
Stückler started at a small club in the lowest division, the SC St. Stefan in Lavanttal, and in the summer of 1992 switched to the "bigger neighbor", the ATSV Wolfsberg , which played three leagues higher in the Carinthian regional league. There he received a corresponding training and people noticed his great talent. In the winter transition period 1998/99 he was committed by the Grazer AK , where he made his debut in the top Austrian league. After only one year in Graz , he went to SV Braunau on August 16, 2000 by means of a loan contract , where he only stayed until January 2001. His next station was back in Styria to SV Kapfenberg - and in January 2002 he went to Lower Austria to SC Untersiebenbrunn , where he was active until June 28, 2004. After two more years in his home town of Carinthia, in Klagenfurt with FC Kärnten , he moved all the way west from Austria to Vorarlberg to SC Austria Lustenau , from where he moved (after another two years) in 2008 to the Bundesliga club SCR Altach . In Altach he scored his first Bundesliga goal. Stückler scored in the second round on July 12, 2008 against LASK Linz the 1: 2 in the 1: 3 defeat. In summer 2009 he returned to Austria in Lustenau .
After the 2016/17 season he ended his professional career and moved to the fourth-class SC Röthis .
