Christoph Straßer , also Christoph Strasser (born October 16, 1974 in Krefeld ) is a German writer .
Life
From around 1999 on, Straßer began to publish short stories in various anthologies . In 2007 he published his first two novels, at that time still through a print on demand provider. In 2009, his actual debut novel Pornostern was published by UBooks . With the tragic comedy about the rise and fall of the (fictional) porn actor Rod Reptile, Strasser reached a larger audience for the first time and also drew the attention of the porn scene. As a result, Straßer wrote his biography together with Europe's most successful porn producer and director Harry S. Morgan in 2010 .
The chronological succession of these books briefly earned Straßer the reputation of an erotic author, although the focus in his books is clearly on black humor. In 2013 he visited the German Turkish Muhlis Ari alias Mehmet who was deported in 1998 in Turkey. The biography They called me Mehmet caused huge media coverage nationwide. In addition to his work as a novelist, Straßer also works as an editor and ghostwriter . For example, on Kollegah's bestseller entitled Das ist Alpha! participated. Christoph Straßer lives and works in Düsseldorf .
