Christoph Tölle

Christoph Tölle (* 13. March 1898 in Paderborn , † 9 January 1977 ) was a German politician and Member of Parliament, during the Weimar Republic, member of the board of the Paderborn Center Party and the German League of Peace Catholics , after the Second World War, a member of the CDU .

Life and work

After attending elementary school and the commercial training school, he completed an apprenticeship in the administration of the city of Paderborn. Following further training in the savings bank service and passing the first and second savings bank exams , he was employed by a savings bank and from 1945 rendant of the Kreissparkasse Paderborn .

Tölle was a member of the German Center Party until 1933 and a member of the CDU since 1945. He was represented in numerous CDU committees.

From July 5, 1950 to July 23, 1966 Tölle was a member of the Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected directly in the constituency 135 Paderborn.

He was a member of the city council of Paderborn from 1945 to 1968 and was mayor from 1946 to 1968 .

Others

On March 13, 1968, the city of Paderborn awarded him honorary citizenship and the honorary title of former mayor .
