Christopher Knett (born August 1, 1990 in Vienna ) is an Austrian football goalkeeper .

Career

Knett started his career at Hellas Kagran . In 1998 he moved to FC Stadlau . In 2000 he went to AKA Austria Vienna . In 2006 he moved to Germany to SG Sonnenhof Großaspach . In 2008 he moved to TSG 1899 Hoffenheim . In 2009 he played for the first division team. In summer 2009 he returned to Großaspach. In 2013 he moved back to Austria , this time to SC Austria Lustenau . He made his professional debut on the first day of the 2013/14 season against SC-ESV Parndorf 1919 .

For the 2017/18 season he moved to league competitor FC Wacker Innsbruck , with whom he received a contract valid until June 2018. With Innsbruck he rose to the end of the season in the Bundesliga . With Wacker he had to relegate from the Bundesliga in 2019.

He then moved to Greece for Panetolikos for the 2019/20 season , where he received a contract that ran until June 2021.
