Christopher Roth (director)

Christopher Roth (born June 26, 1964 in Munich ) is a German film editor , director , screenwriter and film producer .

Life

Roth studied from 1983 to 1989 at the University of Television and Film Munich . He made his debut as a feature film director in 1995 with Looosers! . In 2002 he competed for the Golden Bear at the Berlinale 2002 with his film Baader . In the end, he was awarded the Alfred Bauer Prize for "New Perspectives in Film Art" .

In 2012 his novel 200 D appeared as a new edition after thirty years.
