Chthonophyle
Chthonophyle ( Greek Χθονοφύλη ) is a figure in Greek mythology .
At Apollonios of Rhodes , Chthonophyle is a nymph who is the mother of Phlias of Dionysus , the eponymous hero of the city of Phleius . According to Pausanias she is the daughter of Sikyon and Zeuxippe and of Hermes the mother of Polybos . She later marries Phlias, who is the son of Dionysus and Araithyrea with Pausanias , and becomes the mother of Androdamas by him .
