Chumbinho , real name Marinaldo Cícero da Silva (born September 21, 1986 in Palmares , Brazil ) is a former Brazilian football player.
Career
The 1.72 meter tall midfielder began his career in 2005 with São Paulo FC , for which he played three league games. After a year he was loaned by América FC . During the season he was under contract for five league games. He was also loaned to the Japanese club Kashima Antlers for seven league games, three games in the Kaiser Cup and one game in the J. League Cup . In 2007 he signed a contract with Coritiba FC , where he was under contract for five league games. In the same year he took part in four league games with AA Ponte Preta . His next stop was the Rio Claro Futebol Clube , for which he played ten league games in 2008 and scored four goals. In the 2008/09 season he moved to Leixões SC and took part in 19 league games during the season (two goals).
At the beginning of the 2009/10 season he signed a contract until 2013 with the Greek club Panserraikos . In his first season he took part in 24 league games and scored one goal. After the season he was loaned by several Greek clubs. His first stop was OFI Crete for two seasons . In the 2010/11 season he completed 24 league games and scored one goal; he also played two games in the Greek Cup . In the next season he completed 13 league games and scored one goal. In the same season he moved to Levadiakos for one season . He played 20 league games (nine goals). In his last station in Greece he played for Atromitos Athens in 2012/13 . He took part in 31 league games and scored two goals.
After three years in Greece, he moved to Azerbaijan to Qarabağ Ağdam for the 2013/14 season . In his first season he played 33 league games and scored eight goals. He also played three games in the Azerbaijani Football Cup .
