The Chungmu Arena is a large sports hall in Daejeon , South Korea . The hall was opened on March 8, 1971. It is part of the Daejeon Hanbat Sports Complex , which also houses a football stadium.
The first user of the arena was Daejeon Hyundai Dynat from the KBL . They use the arena for two years. After that, the Daejeon Hyundai Gullivers moved in and stayed in the arena from 1999 to 2001.
The arena was not used regularly again until 2005. With the Daejeon Samsung Fire Bluefangs and the Daejeon KGC , two clubs from the V-League moved into the arena.
