In Poland, Ciech has soda plants in Inowrocław and Janikowo , as well as the Zachem chemical plant in Bydgoszcz , whose toluene-2,4-diisocyanate production was taken over by BASF in 2013 . The phosphorus and chromium chemical plant in Alwernia was sold to Kermas in 2013 .
