Cinéma Le Palace

The Cinéma Le Palace (dt Palace Cinema.) In Beaumont-sur-Oise , a French commune in the department of Val-d'Oise in the region of Ile-de-France , was built in 1914. The cinema at No. 2 rue Henri-Pasdeloup has been a protected monument since 1990 ( Monument historique ).

The cinema was built with reused iron girders that had been made for an exhibition hall at the Paris World Exhibition in 1900 . The facade was changed in 1936 when a projector room was added above the entrance hall and the facade was redesigned in the Art Deco style. The cinema has been owned by the municipality of Beaumont-sur-Oise for several years. It has been extensively renovated by them.
