The Circle Icefall is a very inaccessible glacier break in southern East Antarctic Victoria Land . It is located near the Tentacle Ridge in the Darwin Mountains and extends like a theater rank ( English circle ) arched over the entire width of the Darwin Glacier .
The Darwin Glacier Crew of the Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958) gave it its descriptive name .
