Ciudad Acuña , also Acuña (formerly Garza Galán and later Villa Acuña ) is a city in the Mexican state of Coahuila with around 134,000 inhabitants. It is located at 280 meters on the Rio Grande on the border with the USA . It is across from Del Rio , Texas .
