Clark Island is a 3 km long island off the Walgreen Coast of Marie Byrd Land in West Antarctica . It is the largest island in a small group of islands 63 km west-southwest of the Canisteo Peninsula .

The United States Geological Survey mapped them on the basis of the United States Navy's own surveys and aerial photographs from 1960 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1968 after F. Jerry Clark, glaciologist of the United States Antarctic Research Program on the Roosevelt- Island from 1961 to 1962 and during land explorations from Byrd Station from 1963 to 1964.
