Claude Schmidt
Claudius ("Claude") Schmidt (born June 25, 1965 in Mannheim ) is a German pianist and music producer .

In the late 1980s he began as a pianist with Joy Fleming , whose recording company he co-founded in 1989, and with Ivan Rebroff . In the early 1990s he worked as a producer for R&B , hip-hop and rock music in Florida and England. Back in Germany, he founded Showcase Musikverlag. As a pianist, he worked for Paul Young , Johnny Logan and Haddaway until 2006.
His successes include the hip-hop jazz formation XXL-The Jazz Project (EMI), with which he is represented in Japan with four albums and was also placed in the charts there. As an interpreter under the name Amadeuz , he was represented in the German charts with the single Das Lied and Das was haben .
From 2001 to 2009 he was a managing partner of the recording company CBR Music GmbH. From 2012 to 2016 he was a partner at the Emilys Finest event agency in Mannheim.
Claude Schmidt has been working both as an artist and as a lecturer at universities, workshops and as a project developer at Naidoo Entertainment GmbH since 2016 .
