Claudia Dall'Agnol

Claudia Dall'Agnol (born April 6, 1973 in Esch an der Alzette ) is a Luxemburgish politician of the LSAP and a sports official. She was a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 2004 to 2018 and has been president of the national shooting association in her home country since 2010 .

Member of the LSAP since 1996, Dall'Agnol was elected chairman of the Socialist Youth , the party's youth organization , in 1999. She ran for the parliamentary elections in 2004 , 2009 and 2013 in the constituency “South” for the Luxembourg parliament. In 2009 she was able to gain a mandate directly and in the other two years, as a successor , benefited from the fact that those placed before her waived their seat because they became a member of the government. Her political work focused on health, equal opportunities, sport and international relations. From July 2009 to November 2010 she chaired the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union for the Mediterranean .

After performing two places worse than in the previous election in 2018 , Dall'Agnol left the chamber at the end of the legislative period.

At the beginning of 2018, together with nine other members of the LSAP, she sharply criticized the party leadership's previous policy in a paper. In March 2010, Dall'Agnol was elected President of the national shooting association FLTAS as the successor to Xavier Bettel . She supports the cause of the alliance of humanists, atheists and agnostics , which has brought her criticism in parts of the tabloid press.
