Claudia Kotter
Claudia Kotter (* 1. September 1980 ; † 14. June 2011 in Berlin ) was a German organ donation - activist and author .
Claudia Kotter was the initiator of the organ donation campaign Junge Helden . Claudia Kotter, who grew up in Mainz , founded this association with family and friends in 2003 with the aim of raising awareness of the issue of organ donation. Celebrities like Jürgen Vogel , Nora Tschirner and Matthias Schweighöfer got involved with Junge Helden .
Despite a serious illness, she had started a business degree, which she was unable to complete. She suffered from scleroderma since she was seven ; In 2007 she received a donor lung, and on June 14, 2011, she died of heart failure at the age of 30 .
