Claudia Wehrsen

Claudia Wehrsen (born October 18, 1984 in Braunschweig ) is a German 400-meter hurdler and athletics trainer.

Wehrsen came to Cologne in 2004 for training and studies, where she graduated as a sports scientist in 2010 . In 2005 she took part in German championships for the first time in Wattenscheid . In 2013 she became German champion in the 400 meter hurdles. A year earlier the rate was even with the 4-400-meter relay time of LT DHS Cologne the title won. In 2014 she became German champion again with the 4 x 400 meter relay of TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen and won the runner-up in the 400 meter hurdles.

Her best performance is 57.20 s, which she set up on July 27, 2014 in Ulm .

Wehrsen started for the LT DSHS Cologne until 2013 , where she also works as a youth trainer. In 2014 she moved to TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen . Since September 2013 she has also been the athletic trainer of the junior national teams of the German Football Association.
