Claudio Bigagli

Claudio Bigagli (born December 8, 1955 in Montale , Pistoia province ) is an Italian actor , screenwriter , director and playwright.

Life

Bigagli studied at the Accademia d'Arte Drammatico Silvio D'Amico and began as a theater actor under Dario Fo ; he also worked with Vittorio Gassman . He was also active as a playwright, devoting himself to comedy; Piccoli equivoci was a great success , and Struzzi was also welcomed.

He has also been seen in major roles in film since 1976; here he worked with the brothers Taviani , Leandro Lucchetti and Gabriele Salvatores . In 1998 and 2000 he made two moderate films based on his own script, which he directed himself.
