Claus Wischner

Claus Wischner (born March 28, 1935 in Berlin ; † February 22, 2013 ibid) was a German politician ( CDU ) and State Secretary in Berlin in the Weizsäcker and Diepgen I Senates .

After attending school, Wischner completed an apprenticeship as a bricklayer and then from 1957 to 1960 trained as a social worker. From 1961 he was employed in family welfare in the Steglitz district . From 1993 to 2000 he was the Berlin state chairman of the social association VdK Germany .

politics

Wischner has been a member of the CDU since 1959. In 1967 he was elected to the Tempelhof District Assembly for his party , of which he was a member until 1971. He then received a mandate in the Berlin House of Representatives , which he held until the end of September 1981 and again from 1989 to 1991. Wischner was particularly involved in social policy. From 1981 to 1985 he was State Secretary in the Senate Department for Health and Social Affairs.
