Cochrane River is an approximately 250 km long river in the Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan and Manitoba .
It drains Wollaston Lake northeast to Charcoal Lake . It flows a little further northeast before changing its orientation to the south and flowing through Misty Lake and Lac Brochet . Eventually he reached Reindeer Lake at its northern end. Thus it belongs to the catchment area of the Churchill River . Its catchment area is around 28,400 km², its mean discharge is 167 m³ / s.
