The Port de Pailhères , also called Col de Pailhères , is a 2001 m high mountain pass in the French part of the Pyrenees . The mountain pass is located in the Ariège department on the D25 between the municipalities of Mijanès and Ascou, east of Ax-les-Thermes .
Tour de France
The Port de Pailhères has been involved in the stages of the Tour de France for several years , as in 2003 , 2005 , 2007 , 2010 and 2013 . He is a mountain of the Hors Catégorie .
