The Colihaut River is a river on the west coast of Dominica . It runs in the center of the Parish Saint Peter and flows into the Caribbean Sea in the village of the same name, Colihaut .

The main source river of the Colihaut has its source in the Trou Cochon area in the northwestern foothills of the Morne Les Resources mountain ( ) at a height of approx. 650 m above sea ​​level . It runs in a south-westerly direction and receives further tributaries from the left and east along the way. Well-known tributaries are the Ravine Bido and the Ravine Lamothe , which border the catchment areas of Ravine Bouleau and Ravine Gabriel in the south. In the headwaters, the sources of the Bioche River , Fond pie River and Dublanc River are a few hundred meters away, but each in their own gorges. In the lower reaches, the Ravine Anse a Liane runs partially parallel to the north . In the mouth of the Ravine Lamothe there is a quarry ( ), then the river enters the local area of ​​Colihaut and flows into the sea on the southern edge of the village.

The short Ravine Anse Cola also runs to the south .
