Dixon grew up as the older brother of telemarker Alec Dixon in the French community of Le Crozet , where he still lives today. He started skiing at the age of four and later switched to telemark. In 2014 he won the French U16 championship in Telemark. He made his debut in the World Cup on November 27, 2015 in Hintertux with a 37th place in the sprint. He took part in the Telemark Junior World Championships 2016 in Les Contamines-Montjoie , where he achieved his best result with 27th place in the sprint. On March 16, 2016, he was the 29th of the Classic competition in Mürren for the first time to classify himself in the points of the World Cup, in which he was able to achieve his best result so far on February 4, 2017 in Bad Hindelang as 17th. As a participant in the Telemark Junior World Championship in Rjukan, Norway, and in Mürren in 2018 , his best result was a placement in the first round of the parallel sprint in Mürren.
