Thomas Altar of the Theological Faculty

The southeast chapel of the Salzburg Collegiate Church is dedicated to the theological faculty. On the altar sheet, it is attributed to Johann Georg Bergmüller , St. Thomas Aquinas is shown in writing, two large angels are with him, church fathers are enthroned in the clouds , clergymen at the bottom right. The side altar figures are the hll. Isidor and Burkard , both were created by Josef Anton Pfaffinger in 1719.

In the wall niches are the statues of St. Gertrud ( Meinrad Guggenbichler ), Martin , Theresia (both Pfaffinger ) and Walpurga ( Guggenbichler ).
