The Comcast Technology Center is the tallest building in Philadelphia . The building has a height of 341.7 meters and 59 floors. Construction began in 2014 and reached its final height on November 27, 2017. The move into the offices began in July 2018. After its opening, it replaced the Comcast Center , built in 2008, as the tallest building in Philadelphia . At the time of completion, it was the tallest building in the United States outside of the cities of New York and Chicago. The building is mainly used by the Comcast company . From the 48th to the 56th floor there is a Four Seasons Hotel with a lobby and a restaurant on the top floor. The hotel has 219 rooms including 39 suites.
