The Communauté de communes Marne Rognon is a former French community association ( communauté de communes ) in the Haute-Marne department in the Grand Est region . With effect from January 1, 2014, it was merged with the Communauté de communes de la Région de Doulevant-le-Château and the Communauté de communes du Canton de Poissons to form the new Communauté de communes du Bassin de Joinville en Champagne and thus dissolved.
