The Communauté de communes de Beauce et du Gâtinais is a former French association of municipalities with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Loiret in the region Center-Val de Loire . It was founded on December 17, 1993 and comprised 18 parishes. The administrative seat was in the place Pithiviers and thus outside of the community association.

Historical development

Eleven parishes were involved in the founding; on December 26, 1995, the seven parishes of Ascoux, Chilleurs-aux-Bois, Courcy-aux-Loges, Laas, Mareau-aux-Bois, Santeau and Vrigny joined.

With effect from January 1, 2017, the community association merged

and thus formed the successor organization Communauté de communes du Pithiverais .
