The Communauté de communes de l'Île Napoléon (CCIN) was an association of six municipalities in the south of the French region Alsace , Département Haut-Rhin . It was founded on December 23, 1999. The seat of the community was Sausheim. On December 16, 2009, the community association went into the newly formed Mulhouse Alsace Agglomération .
