The Communauté de communes de l'Ouest de la Plaine de France is a French former municipal association with the legal form of a Communauté de communes in the department of Val-d'Oise in the region of Ile-de-France . It was founded on December 10, 2001 and last consisted of seven parishes. The administrative seat was in Domont .

The association of municipalities merged with the Communauté d'agglomération de la Vallée de Montmorency with effect from January 1, 2016 , forming the new Communauté d'agglomération Plaine Vallée .
