geography
Piscop is located about 15 kilometers north of Paris and covers an area of 408 hectares. A special feature of Piscop is that the municipality, as one of only a very few, was able to retain its rural appearance despite its proximity to Paris. Other municipalities at the same distance from Paris are heavily urbanized. The fact that the village is somewhat shielded by the Forêt de Montmorency has contributed to the fact that Piscop was able to maintain its rural character . Neighboring communities are:
- Domont in the north
- Ézanville in the northeast
- Écouen in the east
- Saint-Brice-sous-Forêt in the south
- Montmorency to the west
