history

The place is mentioned for the first time in 1125 in a document that lists the landlord Baudoin d'Andiliacum. Andilly was bought by Antoine Arnauld in the 16th century . His son Robert Arnauld d'Andilly was a founder of Jansenism , he was therefore persecuted under Louis XIV .
