Le Mesnil-Aubry is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Villiers-le-Sec in the north and north-west, Mareil-en-France in the north and north-east, Fontenay-en-Parisis in the east, Le Plessis-Gassot in the south-east, Écouen in the south, Ézanville in the Southwest and Attainville to the west.
