The Canton Écouen was 2015 a French constituency in Arrondissement of Sarcelles , in the department of Val-d'Oise and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town was Écouen . The last representative on the General Council of the Département was Philippe Demaret ( PS ) from 2004 to 2015 .
