The canton of Goussainville is a French constituency ( Canton ) in Arrondissement of Sarcelles in the department of Val-d'Oise and the region Ile-de-France ; its capital is Goussainville . Luc Broussy ( PS ) has been a representative in the General Council of the Department since 2008 .
