Survilliers is located about 30 kilometers north-northeast of Paris . Survilliers is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Chapelle-en-Serval in the north, Plailly in the east and north-east, Saint-Witz in the south and Fosses in the west.

Survilliers is on the Paris – Lille railway line . The A1 autoroute leads through the municipality .
