La Chapelle-en-Serval is a French commune with 3,141 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . La Chapelle-en-Serval belongs to the Arrondissement of Senlis and the Canton of Senlis . The inhabitants are called Capellois .
geography
La Chapelle-en-Serval is on the border with the Val-d'Oise department , at the foothills of the Chantilly forest . La Chapelle-en-Serval is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pontarmé in the north and north-east, Plailly in the east and south-east, Survilliers and Fosses in the south, Luzarches in the west and south-west and Orry-la-Ville in the west and north-west.
The former Route nationale 17 (today's D1017) runs through the municipality . La Chapelle-en-Serval train station is on the Paris – Lille line .

- Hôtel Saint-Georges, part of the former domain of La Chapelle, built in the 12th to 14th centuries, restored in 1900

- La Chapelle-en-Serval Castle, built between 1620 and 1630, largely replaced by new buildings at the beginning of the 20th century
