Morangles is surrounded by the neighboring communities Neuilly-en-Thelle in the north and north-west, Crouy-en-Thelle in the north and east, Boran-sur-Oise in the east and south-east, Bruyères-sur-Oise in the south and south-east, Bernes-sur- Oise in the south and south-west, Le Mesnil-en-Thelle in the south-west and Fresnoy-en-Thelle in the north-west.
