Glaignes is located about 35 kilometers east-northeast of Senlis and about 28 kilometers south-southeast of Compiègne . Glaignes is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Béthisy-Saint-Martin in the north and north-west, Orrouy in the north and east, Séry-Magneval in the south and east and Rocquemont in the west and south-west.
