Rouville is a French municipality with 254 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France (before 2016 Picardy ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Senlis and the canton of Nanteuil-le-Haudouin (until 2015 Crépy-en-Valois ). The inhabitants are called Rouvillois .

Rouville is about 36 kilometers east-northeast of Senlis and about 35 kilometers south-southeast of Compiègne . Rouville is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Crépy-en-Valois in the north and northeast, Lévignen in the south and east, Ormoy-Villers in the west and southwest and Duvy in the northwest.
