Gilocourt is located about 28 kilometers east-northeast of Senlis and about 19 kilometers south-southeast of Compiègne . The Automne flows along the southern border. Gilocourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Orrouy in the north and west, Morienval in the east, Feigneux in the south and south-east and Béthancourt-en-Valois in the south.
