Foulangues is a French municipality with 198 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Senlis and is part of the Communauté de communes Thelloise and the canton of Montataire (until 2015: canton of Neuilly-en-Thelle ).

Foulangues is located in the Pays de Thelle , about 21 kilometers west-northwest of Senlis . Foulangues is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Balagny-sur-Thérain in the north, Cires-lès-Mello in the south and east and Ully-Saint-Georges in the west.
