Varinfroy is a French municipality with 290 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Oise in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the canton of Nanteuil-le-Haudouin ( Betz until 2015 ) in the Senlis arrondissement . The inhabitants are called Varinfroyens .

Varinfroy is located about 51 kilometers east-southeast of Senlis on the Ourcq and borders on the neighboring communities of Neufchelles in the north, Crouy-sur-Ourcq in the east, May-en-Multien in the south and Rouvres-en-Multien in the west and north-west.
