Blaincourt-lès-Précy belongs to the Arrondissement of Senlis and the Canton of Montataire . Its inhabitants call themselves Blaincourtois .

Blaincourt-lès-Précy is about nine kilometers west-southwest of Creil . Blaincourt-lès-Précy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cires-lès-Mello in the north, Maysel in the northeast, Saint-Leu-d'Esserent in the east, Villers-sous-Saint-Leu in the east and southeast, Précy-sur-Oise in the South, Crouy-en-Thelle to the west and south-west and Ercuis to the west and north-west.
