The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Senlis and is part of the Communauté de communes Thelloise and the canton of Méru (until 2015: canton of Neuilly-en-Thelle ).

Dieudonné is located in the Pays de Thelle , about 25 kilometers west-northwest of Senlis . Dieudonné is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Novillers in the north and north-west, Lachapelle-Saint-Pierre in the north, Ully-Saint-Georges in the north and north-east, Neuilly-en-Thelle in the east and south-east, Puiseaux-le-Hauberger in the south, Anserville in the West and Mortefontaine-en-Thelle in the north-west.
