Villeneuve-sur-Verberie is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Pontpoint in the north and north-west, Roberval in the north, Rhuis in the north and north-east, Verberie in the east and north-east, Raray in the south-east, Brasseuse in the south and Villers-Saint-Frambourg-Ognon with Villers- Saint-Frambourg to the west and south-west.
