Mareil-en-France is a French municipality with 698 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Val-d'Oise in the region of Ile-de-France ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Sarcelles and the Canton of Fosses (until 2015: Canton of Luzarches ). The inhabitants are called Mareillois .

Mareil-en-France is located about 24 kilometers north-northeast of Paris . The croult flows through the community. Mareil-en-France is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Épinay-Champlâtreux in the north and north-west, Jagny-sous-Bois in the north and north-east, Châtenay-en-France in the east, Fontenay-en-Parisis in the south and east, Le Mesnil-Aubry in the south and south-west and Villiers-le-Sec in the west.
The national route 104 (the so-called Francilienne ) runs through the municipality .
