Le Plessis-Luzarches is a French municipality with 136 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Val-d'Oise in the region of Ile-de-France ; it belongs to the Arrondissement of Sarcelles and the Canton of Fosses (until 2015: Canton of Luzarches ). The inhabitants are called Plessis-Luzarchois .

Le Plessis-Luzarches is located about 27 kilometers north-northeast of Paris . Le Plessis-Luzarches is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Bellefontaine in the north, east and south, Jagny-sous-Bois in the south-west and Lassy in the west.
