Vémars is a French commune with 2,471 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Val-d'Oise department of the Île-de-France region , about 36 kilometers northeast of Paris ; it belongs to the arrondissement of Sarcelles and the canton of Goussainville . Vémars is the easternmost municipality in the Val-d'Oise department.
