Le Plessis-Gassot is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Le Mesnil-Aubry in the north and north-west, Fontenay-en-Parisis in the east and north-east, Bouqueval in the east and south-east, Villiers-le-Bel in the south and south-west and Écouen in the west and south-west.
