The canton of Cergy-Nord was a 2015 French constituency in Arrondissement of Pontoise , in the department of Val-d'Oise and the region Ile-de-France ; its main town was Cergy . Thierry Sibieude was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2001 to 2015 (initially DVD , then PR ).
